Product Designer

👋Hello
Hi, I’m Graziele — but you can call me Grazi. I’m a Product Designer with over 6 years of experience crafting digital products that are not only functional and beautiful, but also accessible and scalable.
With a background in Computer Science and past experience as a UX Engineer, I bring a technical lens to design decisions and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams. I’ve worked on SaaS platforms, CRMs, and e-commerce experiences — including a KitchenAid launch campaign that generated 1,699+ signups and R$60K in revenue in just two weeks.
Whether leading the creation of a design system that cut dev time in half, or conducting user interviews to improve onboarding, I always focus on delivering business results without compromising user needs.
Lately, I’ve been exploring how AI can enhance design workflows — from accessibility audits to prototyping smarter interfaces. I’m passionate about building inclusive experiences from day one, not as an afterthought.
💪 My Key Strengths:
UX & Product Design • UX Research (Qualitative & Quantitative) • Information Architecture • Wireframing & Prototyping • Design Systems • Accessibility (WCAG/ARIA) • UI Design • Strategic Thinking • Problem Solving • Interaction Design • Developer Handoff • User Empathy • Cross-Functional Collaboration • Design Documentation • Storytelling • AI-Enhanced Design Workflows • Prompt Crafting for Design & Research • Exploring AI in Prototyping & Accessibility
My design process
I combine strategic thinking, technical fluency, and user empathy to deliver digital products that are accessible, scalable, and impactful.
🔍 1. Understand the Problem
Before diving into design, I align with business and product goals.
-
Review corporate reports and existing assumptions
-
Talk with stakeholders to define priorities
-
Explore user data and interview findings
-
Run competitive analysis and benchmarking
🧪 2. Research & Insights
I bring research to the center of the process, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
-
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
-
Map pain points and identify opportunities
-
Prioritize accessibility from the start (WCAG/ARIA)
-
Validate assumptions with real user needs
🧩 3. Concept & Validation
From low-fidelity to high-fidelity, I prototype and test early to ensure usability and clarity.
-
Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes (Figma, ProtoPie)
-
Test ideas with users and iterate fast
-
Apply and extend design systems for consistency
-
Validate emotion, accessibility, and interaction quality
🤝 4. Handoff & Collaboration
I work closely with developers to ensure design intent is preserved.
-
Provide clear specs and documentation
-
Use design tokens and system guidelines
-
Support devs throughout implementation
-
Leverage my engineering background to speak the same language
📈 5. Measure & Improve
Design is never final. After launch, I analyze performance and iterate.
-
Track user behavior with analytics tools
-
Run A/B tests or heatmaps when possible
-
Share findings and next steps with the team
-
Build a continuous feedback loop for improvement
🤖 + Exploring AI in UX
I actively explore how AI can support research synthesis, prototyping, and accessibility validation — using it as a tool to augment creativity and speed without losing the human touch.
